From 1980 to 1988, the Dodge Ram 1500 has a steering wheel size of 15 1/2" x 3" (diameter x grip circumference) (Class A).
Between 1989 and 1997, the size was adjusted to 15" x 3 1/2" (Class AX).
From 1998 to 2004, the steering wheel size was 15" x 3 3/4" (Class AXX).
